VENUE FAQ
Are kids allowed?
Kids are allowed. Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and kids 6 years old or under do not need a ticket.
Will there be an ATM on site?
Yes.
Will there be food available?
Yes we will have several different food vendors, including vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options.
Will there be WIFI?
No, there will not be WIFI available to the public.
Will I be able to spin fire?
No.
Are there Ins and outs?
Yes, but your vehicle will not be able to leave if you have a car camping or RV pass. Only those parked in our weekend parking lot can re-enter with their vehicle.
PARKING / TRAVEL
Where do we park?
Daily and weekend parking will be available in a designated parking area and is $30 upon arrival.
Will there be taxis / lyft / uber available?
Yes, there will be a taxi stand available on site, and the festival is accessible for both Uber and Lyft.
Will there be a shuttle Service?
There will not be any shuttles provided.
What about RV Rental Deliveries?
All deliveries require a purchased RV Pass and an RV Delivery Ticket in order to gain access to the camping sites. Email gemandjamquestion@gmail.com with your RV Camping order number in the subject line for further instructions.
Festival Guidelines
Festival Site Rules:
- Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted under ADA guidelines only. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not allowed.
- No weapons.
- No co-ed showering.
- Gender-neutral bathrooms and showers are available. Visit the volunteer booth for more information.
- No outside food or beverages in the festival grounds. Allowed in designated campground zones only.
- No containers, coolers, or ice chests.
- No chairs, umbrellas, or tents in festival grounds. Campground zones only.
- No open fires or charcoal grilling. Propane grills are permitted in campgrounds only.
- No drones.
- No unauthorized audio, video, or professional photography equipment.
- No non-contractual musical instruments, performances, or demonstrations.
- No non-contractual solicitation or vending.
- No skates, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or bikes.
- No motorized transportation within the festival unless required for ADA accommodations.
- No illegal drugs or illegal drug paraphernalia.
- No fireworks or explosives of any kind.
- No water guns or squirt guns.
- No littering.
- No re-entry from the parking lot.
- No refunds or exchanges. Performers are subject to change. Rain or shine.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated items.

- Your Favorite Hoodie and extra layers (for warm days and COLD nights)

Campground Rules

Car Camping Passes allow campers to drive their vehicle into the campground and set up camp next to their car.
One (1) Car Camping Pass is required per vehicle and is valid for up to four (4) people.
All occupants must be present and inside the vehicle upon arrival.
*Does not include festival admission. A Festival Pass must be purchased separately and is required to purchase a Car Camping Pass. -
Campsite sizes:
- Walk-In Campsites: 10’ × 15’
- Car Camping Sites: 10’ × 30’
- RV Sites: 20’ × 40’

Each campsite must be registered to one adult (18 years or older), who assumes full responsibility for the campsite.
Any violation of campground rules may result in eviction without refund. No exceptions. - No tailgating or overnight car camping without a valid camping credential.

Camping placard tags must be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle assigned to the campsite.
Vehicles or camping units without a placard are subject to removal. -
ATVs, golf carts, mopeds, or similar motorized devices are not permitted,
except those approved for ADA use. Unauthorized vehicles may be impounded. -
Campground roads and fire lanes must remain clear at all times for emergency access.
Vehicles blocking lanes will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Requests from festival staff or emergency personnel to move vehicles or RVs are non-negotiable. -
Generators may operate between 7:00 AM and midnight.
Excessive noise or fumes will result in shutdown.
Campers requiring overnight generator use for medical reasons must operate in “whisper mode.”
Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund. -
Guests of legal drinking age must carry valid government-issued identification at all times,
even if wristbanded. No exceptions. - Maximum campground speed limit is 10 MPH.

Strictly Prohibited Items:
- Open campfires, charcoal grills, or tiki torches (gas grills permitted)
- Fireworks
- Fire pits
- Compressed gas cylinders or tanks, unless medically necessary
- Paper (Chinese) lanterns
- Drones
- Weapons of any kind
- Firearms, explosives, or ammunition
- Vulgar or offensive paraphernalia
- Illegal or illicit drugs

Leave No Trace: Campers must pack out all trash and leave their campsite clean.
Heavy fines may apply. No dumping of black or gray water, tallow, or wildcat waste. - Space Boundaries: All vehicles and gear must fit entirely within your assigned campsite.

No Vehicle Movement: Once parked, vehicles may not move until Monday morning.
Vehicles that exit the campground will not be permitted to re-enter.
Parking Lot Rules:
- No tailgating is permitted in any parking lot.
- No RVs, sleeping units, or tents are allowed in any parking lot.
- No blocking, reserving, or saving parking spaces.

No commercial activity of any kind, including advertising, promotion, or solicitation,
without advance written approval. -
No sales or distribution of products, food, or beverages.
Anyone selling alcohol or food is subject to removal and/or arrest. - Patrons must dispose of all trash properly and leave parking areas free of debris.
- No open flames and no cooking of any kind are allowed in parking lots.
TOTEM GUIDELINES
Decorated festival ‘totems’ are okay to bring but must fit within these guidelines:
- Maximum 10ft tall
- Must be made from lightweight material (eg foam, PVC / no solid metal)
- PVC, Light Wood, Aluminium poles must be no thicker than 1″ diameter
- Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security
- Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
- Please note that any items that are deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the event.
Reminder To Mind Your Belongings:
Unfortunately, some have reported pickpockets, bag slashings, and theft of wallets, smartphones, purses and other valuables during this festival season. While this small number of bad apples in the bunch doesn’t define an entire crowd, there are opportunistic people who come to these events as well to be careful of.
